I asked the help center as below, but only ai answers came.

I deleted the old account after transferring ownership to the new account of my draft files.

I have confirmed that the ownership has been transferred, but the files are not visible in the new account after deleting the old account. Even if I go from the link in the access request mail, it is not accessed. It just says “Sorry, that invite is invalid or has already been claimed.” Please give me access to my files. This is an obvious error. Please refrain from ai answers. This is an exceptional case. You must resolve this critical error.

Does anyone have a solution? Or is it not possible to contact the help center directly? i am crying now. and it will be everyday. T.T

I’m standing on a cliff right now. please help me…

Hi @uzzzing ,

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you are having issue with your account!

We were able to find your ticket in the system, sent on Saturday (for your reference, ticket number: #770511 and #770529).

For your information, there’s a slight delay since your ticket came in over the weekend (and we’re still catching up), but someone should be in touch soon. Thanks for your patience.

I have the same issue! I even left the draft files and was no longer participating in files, but still I do not see them in the new account and have issues accessing them.

So this is clearly a hard error.

@Celine_Figma I have the same issue! I even left the draft files and was no longer participating in files, but still I do not see them in the new account and have issues accessing them.

Hi @Marketing9 ,

Can you please reach out to the support team, with the file URL(s) of any files that you’re missing here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001744374

They can have a deeper look in your permission rights.
