Im currently unable to access pages inside a file even do when Im online.
In the pages sections, some pages are shown greyed out and with a crossed-out cloud icon.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi @Melissa_Lagos do you see the same thing across other browsers or the desktop app? Can you try from another network such as a mobile hotspot to see if that helps improve anything.
