Hi. Recently, I noticed that one file that contained several important pages disappeared from my workspace. I didn’t delete this file, so I’m asking for your help in restoring it.

Hey @Nina23 - happy to help with this. I saw you wrote into support about this as well, but I’d like to try and see if I can locate this on my end. I may need to reconnect you with support directly if I’m unsuccessful.

Can you provide me the name of the team you had the file in (I see the name of it already in the ticket you filed)?

Also, was the file in a team that is shared with other Figma users?

Let me know when you can

Hi Kim,

Thank you for your help. I contacted support, but they refused to help because I have a free version of Figma. Recently, I discovered that a file named “HOMEWORKS,” which contained several important pages (including “presentation,” “behance,” and “workhard”), disappeared from my workspace. I did not delete this file and cannot recover it. The link to this file now says it doesn’t exist.

The file name is “HOMEWORKS.” I created it, and it had approximately 12 pages. 2 or 3 people had access to this file.

I last used this file around July 19.

This file contains important projects, and recovering it is critical for me. Please help me locate this file or advise me on how to restore it.

Thank you for your assistance.

Ah, I see! Thank you for the context. I actually spoke with the support team, and I made sure that they’re going to have someone get in contact with you via email directly this time around. There may be an issue with where the file was living and/or the permissions assigned that I don’t have much visibility into, and I want to avoid getting you the wrong information.

That email should come to you soon – this should help get this resolved for you quickly.

Appreciate the patience!
