I'm having a serious issue with one of my Figma files. Hope someone here can help me!
Here's my situation:
- I created the file myself, using my personal email (confirmed I am the owner).
- When I open the file, at the top of the file it says "Unassigned file" (in a yellow bar).
- I cannot edit, duplicate, or move the file to drafts or a team.
- The file has copy and duplication permissions turned off, and I cannot seem to turn them back on.
- Other users can only view the file (as set), but I can't even manage my own file properly.
- I double-checked that I'm logged into the correct account (owner's email).

I already tried:
- Checking ownership and permissions.
- Looking for "Move to Drafts" or "Move to Team" options — but they're missing.
- Logging out and back in.
⚠️ Important: This is a very important project file, and I need to continue working on it.
If anyone has experienced this before or knows a fix, please let me know!
Also, any way to contact Figma Support directly for this issue without upgrading to Pro?
