HELP NEEDED 🔔 Has Figma disabled users from using shared libraries across teams?

Collaborating with designers who have already obtained licenses from other teams is becoming even more challenging; now, libraries are not allowed to share privately across teams. Just want to get advice on how to make cross-team collaboration more smoothly? (Assuming buying additional licenses under our account is not the only option)
