The person who manages our subscription was out on vacation while we received the billing notification. When trying to get approval from our finance department, we got locked out of our account. We had two admins submit multiple requests through the “Contact sales” and “Get support” links, tried the chatbot, and tried calling the phone number listed on the Google page. The only option was to call a sales rep, which was an invalid line, or to leave a message.
Our creative team and dev teams had to reschedule multiple meetings and are pushing back deadlines because we don’t have access to our work. If anyone can help us resolve this issue ASAP that would be great.
