Hello,


Our team is experiencing an issue where only like 25% of our fonts are selectable and loadable for the majority of our team. There is at least 1 person that has no issues and it loads for correctly (Admin of our team). Everyone else so far is having issues of ONLY “strong” loading for every font choice, but then the “normal”, “underlined”, etc are not working on ONLY base/small/large fonts, XL & header fonts are 100% working for all of us.


We’ve tried everything we can possibly think of – desktop vs browser, reinstalling, deleting & clearing cache, re-activation fonts, adding and removing local fonts, restarts, etc. After spending most of today trying to solve, we’re going to wait and see if Monday things happen to be resolved and maybe it’s just a bug? I also have a support ticket open, but I’ve gotten no responses on it so far.

Sorry forgot to mention I noticed personally, my file are constantly going offline/online today and every other connection in my home is perfectly fine. Adding in case this is related or helps.

Regarding the offline/online issue, we haven’t heard of any widespread problems in this area. We recommend keeping your file open in a browser to avoid losing any content. If the issue persists, our support team will investigate further.

Thanks for the help all! It was finally figured out what was going on. For context, we’re in the middle of swapping over to Ants Design System and our Admin made changes to ANT code and some of us were affected and some weren’t - he never mentioned the changes to us, so we were unaware…fun times. All solved over here!
