I used the FigJam whiteboard option and shared it onto my students Google classroom. When you click on the link to access it, it just says file not found…

I was hoping to use FigJam instead of Jamboard…

Hi @Eimear1, Thank you for reaching out with your concern. Sorry to hear that you have this issue.

Could you give us a bit more detail about what’s going on?

I just want to make sure I’ve got it right:

  • Did you try sharing FigJam files with Google Classroom?

  • Are you able to open the FigJam file link directly, but when you try through Google Classroom, you get a ‘file not found’ message?

If that’s the case, would you mind double-checking the following resources to ensure all the requirements and settings are in place?:

If the above suggestions have not resolved your problem or if there is anything I may have misinterpreted, please feel free to provide us with the details and the steps you have taken to replicate the problem.

This will really help us in following up with the right team to get this assist for you.

I appreciate your assistance and cooperation.

Thank you once more for getting in touch.

Heya,

Did you ever solve this issue? I’m having the same problem right now, and haven’t gotten any hints on how to fix it yet.

So if I share it to Google classroom before I put a title on it, it seems to work. Very strange that it doesn’t work when I put the title on before I share it.

That’s so weird! I’ll give it a go and see if it works, thanks!
