Font manager fonts not showing in Figma UI3 (Fontbase, Windows)

Typefaces that I installed with a Font manager (Fontbase) aren’t showing on Figma.

This typefaces DO NOT show on either Web (with Figma Font Installer installed) or with the Figma desktop app. I have tried everything, from unistalling and reinstalling the app to deleting all the Figma files in %appdata% and I still can’t get these Typefaces to show.

They show in all other software and design apps like Illustrator and MS Word.

Anyone else having the same issue?

I had the same issue on Windows 11.

The solution that helped me:

  1. Change the root folder of Fontbase in settings to C:/Windows
  2. Close Figma
  3. Deactivate all fonts in Fontbase
  4. Activate fonts again
  5. Open Figma
