Font from Google Fonts stopped working in cyrillic, although it had been working before. In latin it still works and is displayed. I used this font in the design, and when I opened Figma the next day, and clicked on the text with this font, it changed to the standard one.

i remembered that I downloaded the cyrillic version of the font and installed it manually. but it bugged and so every time I open Figma, the fonts that I installed disappear. This is a different problem, so I think this discussion is no longer relevant.

I have the same problem. The Latin version is still working properly, but if I try to type something new in cyrillic it’s just unseen in the work space

Figma may install two versions of the same font on your system—one with a .otf extension and another with a .ttf extension. Deleting the .ttf version should resolve any issues related to Cyrillic characters.
