I was approved on student plan with my personal email while working with one school but I switched to other school where I want to be the educator.
Since I was already approved on student plan I don't have option to change to educator's plan.
I contacted Figma's support but as I see they sent bot reply which isn't connected to my case and repeats what I have already read in the internet.
Can anybody help me figure out how to approach this case?

Hi Mariam, thanks for reaching out here! I had a quick look and saw that our support team has already replied to your ticket. Just to recap: your Education status is still valid until March 24, 2027, and switching schools won’t affect your current access. Once the verification expires you would have to reverify with your new institution.
