If you are using the Desktop App, could please try the browser version? If you encounter this issue in the browser version, could you confirm if the same problem persists when you load the file in a different browser? Our supported browsers include Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I can confirm the file is broken, and loading only low res proxy images in the desktop app and multiple browsers, including chrome. I can send you a link the file if needed.
