Hey, since the update to UI3 my Figma is running very slow. It’s blocking me to work properly, and deliver on deadlines. I checked my internet connection, and there is nothing wrong with it, also my MacBook is running as usal… so must be Figma I guess.


Can anyone help me please?


I tried clearing my cache as I found in an older topic, but that didn’t help much.

  1. Are you using the Figma desktop app or using Figma in a web browser? Do you see the same slow performance if you open Figma in a different browser? Our supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.




  2. Do you see the same slow performance if you try connecting to a different network (e.g. mobile hotspot)? It could be a network specific issue.




As you tried clearing cache, if the issue still continues, could you reach out directly to the support team with a copy of your file: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?


Please make sure you use the email associated with your Figma account, include links to the file in question, and share access with support-share@figma.com. Don’t worry, inviting us to view your file won’t impact your billing.
