Export problem

If you don’t see the Export all slides to PDF option, the slide deck owner may have restricted viewers from being able to copy or export assets.

Can you confirm if you’re the owner of your slide and if you’re seeing this option?

Also can you explain what you’re mean by “can’t do carousels”.
