Hello everyone!


We are working with the Geologica font, it is displayed differently on my computer and on my colleague’s computer. To be more precise, the shape of the letter A changes when you click on the text.

At the same time, the letter A on a colleague’s computer does not change. It doesn’t change even if I write a new phrase. We tried to remove and install the font again, but it didn’t work. Nothing changes in either the browser or computer versions.


Please tell me, maybe someone has encountered such a problem?

I think your colleague’s computer is substituting some different variable font settings. You can see that the ‘a’ they are getting appears when Cursive settings is toggled on in this google fonts type tester page: Geologica - Google Fonts


I would look in the variable font settings in Figma and see if your colleague has an option to set the font to Roman.
