Custom Scale Factor for Android in Dev Mode

I am an Android developer.
During the transformation of the framework from sketch to pygma, we found that the sp/dp unit units can only be changed by 1/3, 3x.
Our service requires 1/4 and 4 multiples of the development unit, so if this part is not resolved, there is an issue that the design team has to modify all the screens.

There are two questions.

1. Is there a plug-in to fix this?
2. Can you add 1/4x and 4x sp/dp development unit multiple in Figma?
