Can I make the lines round in Figma somehow, without using plugins or ready-made database vectors?

Use dashes with 0.01 length and circle caps.
It didn’t work, if you have a video tutorial it would be better.
I need a straight line, that was just an example of how I wanted the dotted lines in a circular shape.
