Changes in core of render in Figma?

Last few days render of raster layers works very slow. And optimisation (degradation image with pixelisation) applied one by one to each image I work with.

Some like here:

Does anyone have the same problem?

macOS Sonoma, M1Pro, 16Gb.

    this works for exported images too. Not good
