Cannot Find Recently Created Local Variable in Side Panel

Hello!

I created a local variable seen below:

But when I try to apply it to a component or button etc, it doesn’t show up on my side panel as shown below: (Screenshot and Screen Record)

I’ve checked Figma learn and forums, but haven’t found an answer as to why it won’t show up. I’ve tried deleting the variable and recreating it, but still nothing.

This field is not boolean:

So you can’t apply a boolean variable to it.

It needs to be true/false and show a toggle so you can apply a bool variable.
