Hi,

I’m trying to have a pull up panel that is in front of a map that can be scrolled.

I’m having a problem where I can’t pull up the panel as this just scrolls the map that is behind it.

I’ve created a very simple example of the issue. Can anyone think of a better way to setup my design so I can both scroll the map and pull up and down the panel?

Thanks for the help in advance!

Olie

Hey @Oliver_Ryan-George, thanks for reaching out!

Can you please share your file with support-share@figma.com, so our team can take a closer look?

Hi @dvaliao, I’ve added that email as an editor now. Let me know if you need anything else!

Thanks!

Thanks, @Oliver_Ryan-George!

We’ve escalated this to our technical quality team to take a closer look on ticket #941851. They’ll reply as soon as they can.

Hi @dvaliao,

Any updates on this?

Thanks,

Olie

Hey @Oliver_Ryan-George, so sorry for the delayed reply!

Our technical quality team has been experiencing higher volume than usual. Sadly, our prototyping team has confirmed that this is a current prototyping limitation.

There is no way to scroll behind an overlay right now, so there isn’t an easy workaround to set up your prototype to allow you to scroll the map and pull up/down the panel.
