Buttons best practice for design system

Hi designers,

If I want to add the prefix variants to my Button component in the design system, should I

1. create the Prefix component like in the uploaded image?
   or
2. create another variants within the Button component that has the prefixes:
   varient1: has the prefix1
   varient2: has the prefix2

which one is the best practice for creating buttons in design system?

I appreciate any help you can provide.
