This is super scummy. Does anybody know where we can complain in the Eu about it? Maybe people would like to jump on a groups case against Figma. This is so low.
I’ve been buying my motnhly single user subscription (18e), this month they charged me for 8 people + 5 FigJam seats. Lol, nobody asked for this, they did this on their own.
This is mega unprofessional and scammy.
This has also happened to me today, they just randomly charged me for 3 extra seats.
I don’t even see where the setting for this is, I have never given any editor permissions only viewer.

I cannot express how disappointed I am to find that I had 4 seats assigned without my permission by people who were not even using the edit features. I have used your product since it was in beta and free, when you were trying to get users and it didn’t really have the features to be a full UX design product. This is inexcusable, sneaky and deliberate. For small businesses and founders who are desperately trying to manage expenses, it should not be our responsibility to change the default setting to manually approve, it should be the default.

What is this kind of scam?!?! I just realized I’ve been charged 16 seats, instead of just one account. That’s 15 unsolicited extra seats I’ve been paying without consent, adding up to $1,795.10 usd in the last 12 months. That’s insane!!! I’m going to get fired for this! I can’t believe how unethical this is!!!
