Since Figma made changes to the UI panel and how autolayout is displayed, I can’t figure out how to change the layer stacking order, which is resulting in my tooltips appearing beneath the text below. Anyone know how to find the settings to change this ordering?

Would you mind sharing a quick screenshot of where you’re currently looking or trying to adjust the stacking order? That might help clarify what’s going on and make it easier to spot what’s missing or changed in the new UI.

So I have this tooltip component set to show on the “super tutor” tag when hovered over in this card (located in “Header”, in the prototype it shows the tooltip behind the content in the “Data” layer. If I hit “move to front,” the Header section is at the bottom of the card

I had a similar issue and what helped was adding a white background fill under the "Data" layer. That way, the tooltip doesn't appear behind the content. Maybe that could work in your case too?
