All of my draft files are totally BLANK! plz help

Hello, I had a free Figma account until the expiry, then I didn’t work with Figma for two months. Last week I came back and to my surprise, all of my draft design is totally gone, I mean the files are there but inside it’s like a totally blank projects. No colors, No settings, No Layers, No assets, Nothing!
It’s very very frustrating. I never had this experience with Adobe XD.
I upgraded my account to pro to make sure I access to all version history. but there is no version history as well. Just one point in version history from two months ago and that one is also a blank project.
I’m confused, how can I get my design back?

I see in our backend that @Kamran_A 's case has been solved by our engineering team in our backend.

Please help ! I have the same issue and the file is completely blank. It had a lot of work put in and I am deeply affected by this experience with Figma.
