Access to the organization file?

Hi!
When you don’t logged into organisation account it shows this:

But there’s no file owner email. Would organisation admin or file owner see/get a notification that I tried to open this file with my email? Maybe it’s automated somehow. Or should I contact the person who shared the file manually and ask to find the owner?

Are you a member of the Org? If so, are you able to access the file when logged in?

You likely ran into this page because you’re logged out and the file is only intended to be shared within the Org. The file owner will not receive a notification that you tried to access the file.
