I believe it is possible, by one of two methods.

1. 
   

   Before you generate the embed code, switch the scaling of the prototype to the desired setting (e.g. switch from 100% in the options to fit or fill)

   
   


2. 
   

   Directly editing the src= value in the HTML to add %26scaling%3Dscale-down to make it fit or %26scaling%3Dcontain make it fill the available space.
