Open session errors


Why am I getting this error when I try to open a session? I have edit rights to my file. How can this be fixed?

Thanks, I’m part of an enterprise corporate account and none of us were able to share. But the issue was fixed yesterday afternoon.

Can you confirm which Plan do you have?

As a reminder, FigJam’s Open Session feature is only available on Professional, Education, and Organization plans. If the file you shared is part of a Team on our Starter plan, this explains why you’re unable to see the option to start an Open Session.

If this is the case, and you are interested in upgrading your team in the future, I’d recommend following this Help Center guide: Upgrade a team to a Professional plan.

If this is another issue, I’d recommend you to reach out directly to the support team with a link of your file so can get more details: here Be sure to use your Figma account email, include a link to the file, and share it with support-share@figma.com. Thanks!
