Needed dev mode, upgraded to professional, stuck in a loop

I upgraded to Professional after trying to toggle dev mode on in a design sent to me by an agency I’m doing some contract work with. But now, after upgrading, I’m still prompted to upgrade when I try to turn dev mode on.

I’ve checked my account and I’m definitely on a professional plan now but am stuck in a loop.

Any ideas?

Hey @Tim_Arnold , I confirm from what @Bach_Thang_Nguyen said here, Dev Mode access is determined by your team role, not by account. When accessing a file in another team or organization space, you will also need a paid “Full” seat on their team in order to access Dev Mode.

As i have known, Figma dev mode is team base not user so ask the agency to buy you dev mode
