Native Admin feature for org plan users to approve plugins and widgets

Our org restrict usage for only approved Plugin and Widgets.

We set up a process to let designers submit requests with plugin privacy policy and security information linked, then we manually go back into Figma to add the plugin link to approved list.

However, this process is really asking designers to copy paste existing information on the plugin page into a word doc. And design ops needs to manage all these word docs and eventually paste the approved plugin link back into Figma.

Why don’t we just cut all these tools in the middle, allow designers to click one button in Figma to submit a request with some notes and their contact captured, maybe add some permissions on top of that so design ops won’t get a explosive amount of request.

For the admins, allow them to see a list of approval pending plugins and sign off or reject with a note.
