A small improvement that would help remove an annoyance. When you select an element a tooltip appears showing the Horizontal and Vertical resizing settings. This tooltip is always anchored to the bottom of the element, which means you can’t easily see or select what’s underneath.

This causes additional frustration when selecting multiple elements from top to bottom, such as rows in a table.

If this tooltip were to change anchor to the top or bottom depending on the mouse location (i.e. always avoid being where the mouse is) it would make selecting multiple elements from top to bottom much easier.
