Hi,
I read on the Figma website that there is support for TIF/TIFF files. however, when I try to import a file of that type I get the following error: “File format not recognized or failed to convert”.
I tried this import in my desktop app and also on ‘Edge’ browser.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?
TIA

Hey @Haggar_Neder - sorry about the confusion on this. At this time, .TIF/.TIFF imports aren’t supported on Edge. Only Safari supports the use of .TIF/.TIFF files at this time.

We filed a ticket to have our help site updated to reflect the correct information on our end - thanks for bringing this up and to our attention.
