*I installed the plugin copydoc text to export the comments in CSV/Json.
I entered the url and the access token but the export button was grey and did not proceed further. I checked the url and the access token it is all proper.

If you are having an issue with the specific plugin, it’s better to reach out to the plugin developer directly as there may be a bug somewhere they don’t know about. You can find support contact on the plugin page.
