How do I stop scrolling areas under sticky content from being clicked?

I have a fixed header above page content that scrolls and I’m not sure how disable having the content that scrolls underneath the header from being clicked in a prototype.

I’ve tried having the header be a sticky frame inside the frame with the content as well as having it as a separate frame above the content, but neither works.

I haven’t seen a feature to do that (like how ProtoPie has a selection for “Make Lower Layers Touchable”).

You’d have to place the content in a scroll frame that starts at the bottom of the fixed header, and set it to clip content.
