i open ticket because i didnt know that the subscription is auto renewal, the first month i pay for the subscription i thought it just for 1 month. just wanted to learn and all, then i open ticket for a refund for this new renewal but no respond at all. i search on google that i can refund if its before 14day. its using my saving money that i need, and its pretty lot of money for me. sorry for bad english
