I’m trying to create wallpapers for one of my brands but every time I try and upload the image in JPG or PNG the resolution turns bad. It’s the first time I’ve ever encountered this problem, last week did our brand presentation on Figma and exported the whole thing in PNG as smoothly as possible in HD resolution.

Have you tried to change the scale settings for export? Figma | Export settings. It should help your bad resolution problem.
