I recently faced an issue with the payment for my Figma annual license, and I wanted to share my experience in the hope of getting some guidance:
I initially tried to purchase an annual license using my email ID, xxx@xxx.com, but encountered a technical problem that prevented access to the Pro account. To resolve this, I attempted another purchase using another email, but soon realized that payments had been deducted from both accounts.
I immediately canceled the plan associated with the second email, but I’m yet to receive a refund for the duplicate charge. Additionally, I found the payment gateway to be quite confusing, with several glitches and unclear processes, which led to this issue in the first place. I’ve attached screenshots of the payment as proof and reached out to Figma Support, but I still need assistance to resolve the problem and regain access to my Pro account.
I appreciate any guidance or help from the community on how I can expedite this process. Thank you for your support!
