Checkbox option on Frames to prevent objects from being dropped into them rather than onto them

I find that I want to drag elements ON TOP of a frame more than INTO a frame, yet the default functionality is set up for the latter, unless you are holding the spacebar. IMO the spacebar option is nice but not enough and sort of annoying.

There should be a checkbox to turn “Drag and Drop Frame Parenting” on or off.
