Cannot share a draft file for edit. -

Thanks for reporting this issue! Our team has landed a fix and you should be able to resolve this by moving the file to a project.
+1 been having the same message show. But someone else shared a public edit access link and seemed to work. But I cant seem to generate the edit access link.

Don’t projects require Figma teams?
I’m trying to share a design file link with edit access, this used to work for me (a week or 2 ago) without having to move the file to a team project. But now I have the bug that OP mentioned, and I can’t figure out a way around this.
If you only have Starter teams in your account (no Pro), you can’t share drafts for editing anymore. You need to create a team and share with edit access from there.
