Hello. I'm having surreal difficulty when I upload an image to insert into a frame. The images I want don't appear. I don't know if it's a problem with Figma or Linux itself. Can anybody help me

Can you check if this is happening in the Desktop app, or also in a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)?

If you see it in multiple places, we can try to replicate. Please fill out this form: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new by including a link of the file, add support-share@figma.com as an Editor (this won’t affect your billing at all) and send through a link to that frame you’re having trouble with, plus an image so we can take a closer look.

If it’s just the Desktop app, can you try clearing the cache and let me know if that doesn’t help?

Mac
You can clear the desktop app cache on a Mac in the Help menu under Troubleshooting. If you’d prefer to manually clear your cache you can:

1. Quit the Figma desktop app
2. Open Terminal.app and enter the following command: rm -rf "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma"
3. Try opening the desktop app again

Windows

Run a command line from the Start menu.

1. Close the Figma desktop app.
2. Open the Start menu and paste the %APPDATA%\\Figma command. Press the Enter key to submit.
3. In the window, delete the DesktopProfile folder.
4. Launch the Figma desktop app again.
