We completely understand your frustration regarding the issues you are facing with billing.
Although my capabilities to resolve specific billing and account management cases in our forum are limited, I’m more than happy to pass your feedback along to the team for consideration in future improvements.
I can see that you’ve received a reply from our support team which clarifies how to cancel your plan (https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039829734-Cancel-your-Professional-plan-subscription?source=search). I’d also like to take this opportunity to clarify a couple other aspects.
From what I understand from your post, you added other users as Editors. In this case, the seats are added to the current invoice. Let me explain how to downgrade users to a free seat in Professional and Organization plans.
- From the file browser, click Admin.
- Select the Members tab.
- From the dropdown menu next to someone’s Figma Design or FigJam seat, change the seat type to Viewer-restricted.
To prevent unexpected Editors in the future, you also have the option to set View-restricted as the default seat type in your plan. See how to do this here:
