Jira not accepting Figma Design Links

To start the troubleshooting, are both issues just impacting one user?

Can you confirm that that user has access to the Figma file?

Also, is the person only has 1 Figma account? If they have 2 Figma accounts, please ask them to ensure that they have the correct one connected to Jira.

If the above has not helped please ask them to try these workarounds:

• Close all Jira tabs in the browser and logout, and clear the cache in the browser.
  Then log back into both Figma (your work account) and Jira in the browser. Ensure that your Figma account is linked to Jira. Then try linking a file again in Jira, does the same problem occur?

• If that has not helped, could you please make sure 3rd-party cookies are not blocked in Chrome as shown here and check if this then works?: Delete, allow and manage cookies in Chrome - Computer - Google Chrome Help

• If that has not helped, can you try removing the Figma app from Jira (Manage apps → open the toggle and choose ‘Uninstall’) and then try installing again as shown in Jira and Figma making sure you’re installing the app created by Figma, as there are a number of similar looking apps but only one created by us.

I am having the same issue. I tried all the solutions but the Uninstalling the plugin since my organization is the one managing the plugins and I don't have control over that. My colleagues are able to link their designs but in my case, even if I am not linked to the Figma account in Jira, I get the "Design could not be linked because it was not found in Figma" error.
