Click anyone of capsule, then free text box popup

I would like to create an interaction:
1. Once the users click any one of the capsules, then free text box popup.
2. But if users deselect all the capsules. the free text box would disappear.

Examples:

I currently am making the capsules as an interactive components, but I dont know how to trigger the free text box with the feature of interactive components.

For this to be possible, the textarea needs to be part of the variant.
