It’s been over a year since I applied for the Education plan, and I am still a student. I want to renew (or update) my student status, but it keeps saying that I am verified, and I am not able to access Professional features (which are free for educators). How can I update and renew my educational plan?

If your application for an education account has been approved, you should be now all set to create an Education team, or upgrade an existing team to our Education plan and access our Professional features for free and collaborate with other Education users on your teams.
You can find instructions for this in our article: Verify your status for a free Education team. (After your education status is approved, you must create an Education team or upgrade an existing team to the Education plan to receive the benefits of the plan.)
If you need to re-apply, you can also fill out this form: here. ( Please Log in to Figma using the account you want to verify. If you have a school-issued email address, we recommend using this address.) Hope this clarifies!
