Hey there,
It is part of our Design process to work with Master file and to only work on Branches. We then send Design Reviews and merge our branches into the Master. This process is very close to what is done in engineering.
Unfortunately, our process is often falling short due to human mistakes and Designers updating the Master files directly, which then creates more issues.
Just like in Github, it would be great to be able to set restrictions for certain files and to lock down Master files so they can only be updated through the merging of branches.
