Hi all - I’m running into an issue with Figma variables and wondering if I have something set up incorrectly. When I change modes on a component set, it works as expected. When I create an instance of that component and change the mode, it only switches over certain elements (x icon and modal background) but not all. Thank you!!

Thanks for the post! I’ve tested this on my end and it appears to be functioning correctly in instances as well. Could you please share the file link with us so we can investigate further? I’d like to check if the component’s mode setting, like “auto,” is correctly configured.
