The user profiles feature in the top right banner is really helpful to see who’s in a document and to follow them on a board or page. However, in our team, we have several people with the same first initial “L” so you have to hover to make sure you get the right person.
A simple fix would be to include initials from the first and second names (like on Google Docs) so it’s easier to see at a glance who is who. I understand there may still be some crossover if people have the same initials, but it’s less of a problem than there is with just having the first letter of the first name.
Has anyone else had this same experience? Or do you often have a profile picture uploaded, so don’t really have this issue?
