Styles migration or to variables

Hey everyone!
Me and my team are planning to migrate our product “Styleguide” library from color styles to variables. And i’m wondering if there are any plugin or way to easily swap styles on existing screens/components to variables with the same names.

Also would be grateful to hear your thoughts/experience on such migration, feel free to share any of that. Thanks!
