I design something i know i want to be transparent and filling a certain look of say … a radial gradient… now i’m like … hmm i want it to have a bottom layer fill. It adds it on top. You can’t reorder these layers. There’s no reason to have a position on this topic in that some people just think the solution to a problem from top down and then others think bottom up which is why you enable reordering.
- Hover over the left edge of the fill to reveal the drag handles.
- Click and drag on the handles to reorder fills.
