Figma Prototype Not Working how to fix windows laptop

Could you please confirm if the issue is happening in the desktop app or in the browser?
Can you Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. Also, can you try clearing out your cached files and see if that helps?
If this issue is happening on your desktop app, can you confirm if your desktop app is on Windows 10 or later in a 64-bit environment?
To clear desktop app cache please follow these steps:
- On the right side of the top toolbar, click the down arrow to open the menu.
- Go to Help > Troubleshooting and select Clear Cache and Restart.

If you can’t access this menu, you can clear the app cache from the Start menu.
- Close the Desktop app.
- Open the Start menu
- Paste this string %APPDATA%\\Figma
- Press Enter to open the window
- Delete the Desktop and DesktopProfile folders, if they exist.
- Launch the Figma desktop app
