The file or folder sharing link I send is not working.
Even when I enter the person’s email with the authorizations.
This poses big problems for my business.

Could you give us more details about what’s happening when you try to share this file with other users? If this is happening with just one file or all files? Do you have an error message? And also, don’t hesitate to send us a screenshot / video recording as it can help us to better visualise the issue.
